Cleverlad Projects has been housing families since 1995. Founder of the company, Brent Benjamin, a qualified Civil Engineer, started in the building industry in 1990 and gained valuable experience building exclusive cluster developments which have become landmarks in the Bryanston area. To date Cleverlad boasts houses in the prestigious Cedar Lakes development, Dainfern Valley, Dainfern Ridge, Carlswold North, Kyalami Estates, Beaulieu and Blue Hills Country Estate, to name but a few.

In 2007 Cleverlad embarked on a new passion and endeavoured to provide quality, stylish apartments for the many new young executives our country is producing. Ibis Estate, in Esther Park (Kempton Park) was born, consisting of 186 units. We are proud to say that at the launch, which was held at Harrison’s on 12th in Rivonia, the first phase of the development was sold out in the first half hour!

Cleverlad has a deep commitment to preserving our natural environment and reducing our carbon footprint on our planet. Therefore, no unnecessary trees or vegetation are removed, and in the event that we have no alternative, every effort is made to replant them elsewhere.

Our latest development, Hawks End, will be fitted with gas stoves and solar powered geysers in our effort to go green.
